Recently Arrested?
If you were recently arrested and held overnight, your property was transported to Chelsea District Court with you. Larger items are held in storage at the Revere Police Station for 30 days. Any property not picked up within 30 days will be disposed of. In the event you are being held in custody, you are responsible for contacting a family member to obtain your property.
Please be advised that in certain cases, your property may be held as evidence in a criminal case. Evidence can not be retrieved until after the criminal case is completed.
