A License to Carry (L.T.C.) permits it's bearer to legally purchase and carry a firearm in the State of Massachusetts.  A LTC permits the holder to possess any weapon which would be allowed with an FID Card, as well as additional weapons depending on the Class of License.  CLICK HERE for application
